- 3 off standard 403 automated barriers
- H&S secured alternative traffic management before installation
- All ground works and cast barrier bases
- All duct work (power/data cables being ran from source to barrier)
- Tarring works to make good the site on completion of M&E works
- We planed 40mm from the badly damaged existing car park surface
- Renewed with 10mm dense bitumen macadam enriched wearing course
- Car park layout was white lined to client specification
The Defender series 941 barriers are heavy-duty vandal resistant dual beam vehicle barriers. The barrier is used to control vehicular access in and out of high security-controlled areas. They can be either installed on the perimeter of a site or further within the site. Whilst they are primarily intended for outdoor use, they can be used indoors in buildings such as warehouses. Various beam lengths are available from 3 metres to a maximum of 6 metres clear opening. The series 403 barriers are used to control vehicular access in and out of a controlled area of a site.
