Project Details

After a successful tender, C&S were appointed to carry out works in 2 live care environments for adults with severe learning difficulties. This comprised of a full internal refurbishment, as well as external works involving roof coverings.

The works C&S carried out comprised of :

• Full remodelling and refurbishment of bedrooms to accommodate new ensuites
• Refurbishment to communal facilities
• Roof replacement with new roof lights to add daylight throughout the facility
• M&E upgrades
• Joinery
• Decoration
• Tiling
• Fire & Security systems
• FFE
• FRA compliance – fire door sets and passive fire
